⚠️ Hygiene Exceptions - Intimate Products
Important Notice: In accordance with EU regulations on consumer protection, unsealed intimate products cannot be returned for hygiene and public health reasons. This exception applies to intimate items that have been opened or accessed after delivery.
1. General Returns Policy
Due to the nature of intimate products and hygiene considerations, all sales are generally final once the product has been unsealed. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise and we evaluate each case individually.
2. Eligible Reasons for Returns
We may consider refunds in the following situations:
Technical Issues
- Defective products or manufacturing defects
- Products damaged during shipping (unopened only)
- Payment processing errors
Product Discrepancies
- Product significantly differs from description
- Missing components (unopened products)
- Quality below advertised standards
Order Errors
- Duplicate purchases made by mistake
- Billing errors
- Unauthorized transactions
3. Returns Process
To request a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact support team within 30 days of purchase at office@kynky.ro
- Provide required information:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Relevant photos or documentation
- Detailed description of the issue
- Evaluation: Allow 3-5 business days for review and response
- Resolution: You will receive a decision and follow-up instructions
4. Legal Exceptions - Intimate Products
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights):
- Article 16(m): The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods which, for reasons of hygiene or health protection, cannot be returned if unsealed after delivery
- Intimate products: Once opened, these products are considered "unsealed" and cannot be returned
- Exception: This restriction does not apply in case of technical defects or product non-conformity
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed according to the following procedures:
- Refund method: Back to original payment method
- Processing time: 5-10 business days
- Confirmation: You will receive an email when refund is initiated
- Tracking: You can track status through your account
6. Your GDPR Rights
Even if we cannot offer refunds for certain products, you still have rights regarding your personal data:
- Right to request deletion of personal data
- Right to restrict data processing
- Right to withdraw marketing consent
- Right to data portability
